By booking and receiving our services within the Cape Town area and surrounding regions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before scheduling your appointment.

1. Service Area and Operating Hours

We operate within Cape Town and surrounding areas.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Treatments outside these hours or areas may incur additional fees, which must be discussed and approved prior to service.

2. Eligibility

Our services are exclusively available to female clients.

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
No-show clients may be charged the full treatment fee.

4. Pre-Tan Guidelines Clients are responsible for adhering to the following pre-tan care instructions to ensure optimal results:

Waxing or shaving should be rescheduled at least 2 days prior to your appointment.
Laser hair removal treatments should be scheduled at least 5 days prior.
Exfoliate the entire body the day before your appointment, preferably using an exfoliating glove.
Manicures and pedicures should be scheduled at least 1 day before the spray tan.
Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to acetone after your spray tan.
For facial peels and micro-needling, reschedule at least 2 weeks prior.
For facials and massages, reschedule at least 1 day prior to your treatment.
Shower at least 4 hours before your appointment using a gel-based body wash to neutralize skin pH.
On the day of your treatment, avoid oils, body lotions, perfumes, deodorants, or makeup to prevent barriers on the skin.
Avoid touching your skin while the tan develops to prevent discolored palms.
Refrain from sweat-inducing activities until the tan has fully developed as per instructions.
Do not use soap, scrubs, or body gels during your initial post-tan rinse; pat dry gently.
Follow the recommended development time to prevent uneven coloration.
To prolong your tan, moisturize regularly with SPF-containing, fragrance-free, mineral oil-free moisturizers.
Limit exposure to chlorinated or salt water pools, sea water, hot tubs, saunas, or steam rooms.
Wear loose-fitting, dark-colored, and open-toed shoes during the development period to prevent staining from residual solution.

5. Post-Tan Care

Immediate post-tan rinsing should be done after the recommended development period.
Avoid using soap, scrubs, or body gels during the initial rinse.
Pat dry; do not rub.
Proper post-tan care enhances longevity and appearance of your tan.

6. Treatment Limitations

Treatments are exclusively for female clients.
Outside of scheduled hours or designated areas, treatments may incur extra fees, which must be approved beforehand.

7. Photography and Content Usage

All photographs, videos, and images taken during treatments are confidential.
Clients grant permission for use of their images for promotional purposes on our website and social media.
Copying, reproduction, or usage of any photography or models featured on our website without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability and Health

Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or health issues prior to treatment.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from non-compliance with pre-tan guidelines.
It is the client's responsibility to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best results, variations in skin type and adherence to guidelines may affect the outcome.
We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from failure to follow the provided guidelines.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from booking our services.
